Happy New Year from the NAGVA Board!

Your North American Gay Volleyball Association (NAGVA) Board has approved a special election to be presented to you, the NAGVA Membership. This election is requesting a revision to the NAGVA By-laws. Please check the Email associated with your NAGVA Email to find the ballot and the full Amendments being considered. The window for voting will be open for 72 hours from the time the Emails were sent. (Ballots no longer accepted after 2:00 pm EST, 4 Jan 2022) Article to Amend: 2.03 – Annual Meeting Description of Change: Allowing the Annual Meeting to Occur on a Different Weekend Than That of Championships ***For this current season, if this Amendment to Section 2.03 is approved, the dates of the Annual Meeting will be Sunday, May 15th at 2:00 pm EST, if the Amendment fails the Annual Meeting will be held Friday, May 27th at 6:30 pm PST (as soon as pool play finishes). Article to Add: XV – DISSOLUTION Description of Change: Adds a dissolution clause to the By-Laws. If there are questions please feel free to reach out to any member of your NAGVA Board.
