By-Laws and Rules & Regulations Membership Meeting Info

Dear NAGVA Members,

While we expect to have another COVID-19 update soon, this message will discuss the By-Laws and Rules & Regulation Amendments submitted for the 2020 NAGVA Annual Meeting. Due to an amendment during the 2019 Annual Meeting, all Members who have paid dues during the season, are in good standing, and have played in at least one NAGVA-sanctioned tournament (By-Laws 2.01(A)) are now eligible to vote.

Another change passed during the 2019 meeting is that amendments will have a review period whereby the authors may receive feedback and re-work their amendments, if they so choose (By-Laws 14.02(A)). The amendments can be found on the NAGVA website here: https://cdn.filestackcontent.com/hUJOCCfSR3K2cwyMfqpG. We have worked with the authors and they have agreed to be available for questions on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 9:00pm ET. We ask that you bring any questions about the amendment and ask the authors their thoughts. If you would only like to observe, you are more than welcome.
