New Rules and Policies Approved by Membership

NAGVA's Annual Meeting occurred during Championships in Portland. The newly amended Rules and Regulations will be posted shortly. A summary of the new rules and regulations approved by the membership are noted below: *Individual and Team fees remained unchanged (Individual = $35 online, $45 in person / Team Fee = $40 online, $50 in person). *All certified referees must also be certified scorekeepers. *All tournaments must use USAV Officials for tournament play. *All referee/scorekeeper certifications will expire two years from the end of Championships in the current season (i.e. all people getting certified now would expire May 31, 2013). *All certified referees must be the R2 during tournament play. *NAGVA has adopted current USAV rules re: center-line, net violations and ball handling (i.e. the "athletic play" rule on setting)
