NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

May 6, 2015

Greetings:

An email was sent to all member team representatives, league contacts and/or past presidents with voting rights according to the NAGVA Bylaws. As such, you are invited to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held during Championships in Seattle, Washington on Friday May 22nd at the Westin Seattle (estimated start time 6:00 pm – Cascade I Meeting Room). If you cannot attend in person, you can assign someone who is able to attend as your Proxy to vote on your behalf.

At the meeting, eligible voting members will elect the (4) Member At Large (MAL) positions to serve on NAGVA's Board of Directors. The serving term is two years.

We have received formal notice of interest in the MAL positions from the following members:

• Steven Acosta

• Trevor Brink

• Andre Carneiro

Additionally, individuals can be nominated and seconded from the floor of the Annual Meeting.
