Using the Help Tools

The volume of email we are receiving from members asking questions such as "forgot password" or "don't know my nagva #" or "how do I sign-in?" has become excessive and difficult to manage. The ironic thing is that there are helpful tools (lookup's, initiating email verification, etc.) for all of these tasks ON THE SAME PAGE as where you are submitting questions to report a Problem with the website. PLEASE stop and think before you submit a question.
