David has been a licensed REALTOR for 33 years. He joined Dykstra Heglund Realty, Inc. and its affiliate company, REALICO, Inc., a condominium association management and commercial real estate company, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 1996. David is Co-Owner and Vice President of Heglund-Sova Realty, Inc. (formerly Dykstra Heglund Realty), and is Vice President of REALICO, Inc.

He specializes in Condominium and Residential Realty and is a member of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, and National Association of REALTORS.
