The CIPS Network is a worldwide community of real estate practitioners. A membership-based group, it is only available to members of National Association of REALTORS®, the world’s largest trade association. The CIPS Network is made up of real estate professionals in over 60 countries, who focus on an international clientele.
Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist
The Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) is an education-based certification program. Launched in 2006, the RSPS Certification was created by the National Association of REALTORS® to better serve the growing second-home and resort real estate market and now has over 1,300 elite members. RSPS is recognized as an official NAR certification and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in resort and second-homes to assist them with their sale or acquisition.
Accredited Buyer’s Representative
An ABR® is a buyer’s representative who has completed advanced training and who has proven experience in serving the special needs of buyer-clients. In addition to knowing the dynamics of their local market, an ABR®-designated buyer’s rep can help clients make informed decisions throughout the entire home buying process. An ABR® is also a REALTOR® (a member of NAR) and must abide by a strict Code of Ethics.
Graduate Realtor Institute
The Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
Transnational Referral Certification
The Transnational Referral Certification was developed to help real estate professionals better serve clients and customers who are looking to buy or sell real property outside their own country and who will benefit from working with a real estate professional in that foreign market. TRC certified real estate professionals are trained not only in the mechanics of cross-border client referrals, but also in how to work in the client´s best interests in the same manner they would a domestic client. All TRCs adhere to a national professional code of conduct.
