Magellan Pipeline and Delivery Station (1.7 Miles)

The project involves the installation of a new 12” pipeline from the existing Centurion Crane Station to an existing Magellan Station, construction of a transfer station at Crane Station, and a custody transfer connection at Magellan Station. The new pipeline will include pigging facilities, having a launcher at Crane Station and a receiver at the Magellan Delivery Station. The pipeline will be approximately 1.7 miles and will traverse HWY 385. The work at Crane Station will include a pressure relief system, strainers, meters, prover, and a sump tank with a sump pump.  The work at Magellan station will include an inline meter, backpressure valve, custody valve, and custody break flange. Project includes detailed engineering, design, and drafting of the project deliverables, field services management, procurement services, vendor coordination, and Third party professional services coordination.

Ector Station and Crane Pipeline and Delivery Stations (43 Miles)

Ector Station and Crane Station are existing facilities that shall be modified to flow 50,000 BPD to 150,000 BPD on 20 hours/ day basis of sweet and sour crude oil from Ector Station to Crane Station. The project involves remediation of an existing 18 inch, 43 mile pipeline located between Ector Station and Crane Station. The work at Ector includes strainers, meters, prover, flow control valve, and a sump tank with a sump pump.  The work at Crane Station includes a new launcher, an 18 inch receiver, a tee connection, and a pressure control valve. The work for Ector to Crane pipeline includes modification of existing valves.  Project further includes overall project management, detailed engineering, design, and drafting of the project deliverables, field services management including construction management and inspection, procurement services, vendor coordination, and Third party professional services coordination.

Delaware Basin Pipeline (60 Miles) Ector to Crane Pipeline and Delivery Station

The project involves the installation of a new 12” pipeline from a proposed Delaware Station to an existing Crane Station. The new pipeline includes pigging facilities, having a launcher at Delaware Station and a receiver at Crane Station. The pipeline will be approximately 60 miles long and will traverse a river crossing, state highways and county roads. There will be motor operated valves installed along the pipeline as feasibly allowable and at the pigging facilities. The project includes overall project management, detailed engineering, design, and drafting of the project deliverables, field services management including construction management and inspection, procurement services, vendor coordination, and Third party professional services coordination.

Delaware Station

This project involves the construction of a new station in the Delaware Basin. The new station involves making room for pigging facilities, having a launcher for the Delaware Pipeline and a receiver from the Collie gathering pipeline.  The work at Delaware Station include a tank, pressure relief system, pumps, mainline pumps, and a sump tank with a sump pump.  There will also be a truck unloading header that will lead into a manifold that will tie-in to the tanks at Delaware station.  Scope includes overall project management, detailed engineering, design, and drafting of the project deliverables, field services management including construction management and inspection management, procurement services, vendor coordination, Third party professional services coordination.

Delaware Basin Gathering - Collie Gathering Station

The project involves the installation of a new 6” pipeline from an existing Collie Station to a proposed Delaware Station. The new pipeline will include pigging facilities, having a launcher at Collie Station and a receiver at Delaware Station. The pipeline will be approximately 10 miles long and will traverse a state highway. There will be hand wheel valves installed at the pigging facilities. Scope includes overall project management, detailed engineering, design, and drafting of the project deliverables, field services management including construction management and inspection, procurement services, vendor coordination, and Third party professional services coordination.
