Location

The RAC has the unique distinction of being located right next to the Paint Creek Trail and Rochester municipal park providing a natural and refreshing extension for your workout. During the warmer months, we hold running, cycling and boot camps outside adding an organic dimension to your fitness experience.

On the inside of the fitness center you will find the Luminaries Salon and Spa. Here you are welcome to enjoy the many services offered from hair and beauty to relaxation.
