FIT CLUB
Classes will consist of a combination of Explosive, High Intensity, Functional movements that are constantly varied. We use our own bodyweight, kettle bells, resistance bands, free weights, wall balls, speed ropes, gymnastic rings, and tire flips, just to mention a few. You will combine Weight Lifting for toning and Strength to increase your VO2 max and Cardio Endurance.
