KID'S CLUB

Hey Moms and Dads!

Do you want to work out but you don’t have a sitter? As a member of the RAC you don't need one! Drop-off your kiddies at the Kids Club, our on-site child care facility. No appointment necessary. Now you can workout at a moment’s notice! Don't forget to check our hours. You can find the Kids Club hours posted on this page or outside the Kids Club room. Our friendly and highly qualified staff will provide a positive and exciting experience for your children, while you are achieving your fitness goals! Have the peace of mind knowing that your kids are safe and sound in our Kids Clubhouse, only steps away from you!

Kids Club Summer Hours

Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 1pm, 4pm - 8pm

Friday - 8:30am - 12:30pm, CLOSED FRIDAY NIGHT

Saturday - 8:00am - Noon

Sunday - 9:00am - Noon

$25/Month Unlimited use

$5/hour (1 child)

$2/hour (each additional child)

JUICE & PROTEIN BAR

At the RAC Cafe you can indulge your taste buds while keeping an eye on your waistline. For all of our movers and shakers, we offer a variety of different smoothies and protein shakes. Visit the Juice and Protein bar to add a little spice to your diet.

Try the Shake of the Month!

Don't forget to ask about the "Shake of the Month." Every month we feature a different shake as our “Shake of the Month." This may be a gym favorite or a brand new recipe, either way you do not want to miss the flavor of the "Shake of the Month." It is very convenient to pick up a shake before or after your workout!

Ask about our discount programs: The Shake of the Month Club and the Shakers Club. We also stock supplements, protein bars, juice and a variety of regular and flavored water. We are constantly looking for the newest and best products on the market.

There is no shortage of sun at the Rochester Athletic Club! When the beach is out of reach, visit our in-door stand up tanning booths! Our HEX booths with smart bulbs allow you to move around while you achieve an all-over, perfectly even tan. Relax and feel the warmth of the rays right here at the RAC. Achieve that just from the beach, sun-kissed glow!

Tanning session rates as follows:

Members: $15/month unlimited

Non-members: $18/month Unlimited plus 3 day pass to the RAC

We give you the massage you need, every time. On your first visit, we assess your current needs and give you a great massage for a low trial price.
