  • Customized meal plan designed specifically for you, your lifestyle and your preferred tastes that is safe, effective, and enjoyable.

  • Customized workouts based on your fitness goals and two personal training sessions.

  • Weekly weigh ins and nutritional counseling throughout the 16 week program.

 

Your very own RAC personal trainer will be directly assigned to you and will assist, monitor, motivate, adjust, and track your progress through the 16-week program.
