My Motives to Exercise: Exercise and proper nutrition are crucial in a healthy lifestyle. I stay active through weight lifting, yoga, running, tennis, boxing, and more. I strive to achieve and maintain my personal performance goals in life and I am very passionate about encouraging others to do the same.
