
Phil Anderson
Phil Anderson brings a practical perspective to training. Phil has been involved in studying and practicing exercise, health and fitness since he was 50+ years. At one time, Phil considered a medical career but soon realized that he couldn’t afford the time or the expense of medical school. He never gave up his passion for health and fitness.
Throughout Phil’s career, he has continued to study, practice, and attend health and fitness seminars to expand his knowledge on the subject. As a Personal Trainer, Phil found that his knowledge was helping his clients to:

Phil operated an exclusive personal training studio in Rochester for over 10 years so he brings a unique perspective to RAC training. He enjoys training all fitness levels but particularly those with postural dysfunction, joint pain, or limited mobility due to injury or inactivity.
Phil is an ACE certified personal trainer as well as a certified Kettlebell Instructor. As an instructor, he enjoys teaching the fundamentals of weight training to young and old alike with an emphasis on proper exercise technique and injury prevention.
