Temple Beth Sholom is a unique Jewish community in New City, NY that empowers its members by providing opportunities for them to explore the beauty of a vibrant Jewish life.  With two clergy members dedicated to the creation of a relational Judaism, our community stresses relationships and strives to be welcoming to all.   Our synagogue is founded on the basic three principles of synagogue life.   We are Beit Midrash, a house of learning to allow for the sustenance of the intellect, a Beit Tefillah, a home for sacred services that nourish the soul and a Beit Kehillah, a home of gathering where our members have the opportunity to find fulfillment in relationships.   In a world dominated by a focus on the individual, we strive to remind our community that the opportunity to live life with others is the greatest gift in the world.
